I'm Danice Woodley, a people and culture specialist and the Founder and Principal of AABL Advisors. Originally a Harvard and top law firm-trained corporate lawyer, I’m a business, legal and HR/people professional, with 20 years of experience navigating complicated people dynamics to achieve successful business outcomes.
I've served as the head of People & Culture and HR at a dynamic, mission-driven organization, and know first-hand what it's like to balance high-stakes business imperatives with an organization’s values commitments and workforce needs. The work of a lead values and ethics steward at an organization involves a lot of Courage, Integrity, Curiosity and Humility (which are the four key principles that AABL applies to each client engagement); it can be tough, complex, and time-consuming work for leadership and HR to undertake. My services help leadership and HR teams to successfully navigate any people & culture or employee relations issue that they are facing.
My superpower is understanding people. I’m good at getting to the bottom of how employees are really feeling at work, at unpacking people dynamics within organizations, and at guiding leadership and HR on how best to navigate workforce challenges and establish a fully-aligned workplace culture.
